As a fan of this style of dubstep in particular, it's honestly insane how good this is.

Outside of the drop sections, the arrangement is very enjoyable to listen to, with a lot of variation (also the sound design is really good). However, and this might be somewhat a style thing (and it's entirely opinion), but having listened to it two or three times now I still can't really recall the melody. (To briefly use the comparison to Xtrullor in the description, the melody in tracks like Paracosm and Cry is typically very memorable even after one or two listens.) There almost doesn't seem to be a lot in the way of melody, as far as I can tell. Ultimately there's nothing wrong with this, but it does mean the track has less identity than it perhaps could.

The arrangement in the drop sections is excellent. Enough variation to keep the drop feeling fresh, and the difference between the two drops is also enough to feel fresh. I will say that it seems a little odd to me that the dubstep bass seems to remain at exactly the same volume during the sections of the drop where the vocal chops play - the dubstep bass seems to drown out the vocal chops a bit - but this is again likely just a personal opinion and it doesn't negatively impact my enjoyment of the track.

The sound design is extremely good. I don't have much more to say on that front.

5/5, will listen to again.

Thanks so much for the great review Minecraftpawa.
I totally understand what you've said about having a memorable melody. I'm really bad at giving some 'protagonism' to certain score on my tracks, I always end up mixing a variety of scores. Gonna have this in account for the next time!

I like the part where there are dubstep noises that go bwaaa

Zoftle responds:

Me too 😩

I really like how well the energy of this track builds as it progresses, especially the changes at 0:43 and 1:45. 1:45 onwards in particular sounds amazing.

Wow, thnx, Minecraftpawa!

Almost certainly the best song to come out of the lobotomy trend. I can not a told.

G2961 responds:

I think there is a better one :)

Compositionally I'd say it's a 3.5-star but the mix needs some serious work, it's peaking constantly.

SpiralSpiralSpiral responds:

Ok. I think it’s good enough for me, although I do know there are some mistakes I made, for example with timing.
But the main point is I want to add it to geometry dash. When I copy the song ID from the url and put it into geometry dash, it says the song is not allowed for use. Do you think you could help with this?
Also listening back to the song I see what you mean, sometimes the audio quality isn’t very good. Before I uploaded it to new grounds it was completely fine, but now it’s not as good :| I don’t know why. Anyway if anyone could help me with uploading it to geometry dash I would be very pleased

Has some pretty cool parts, but like lots of your tracks the mixing isn't the best, and the growl comes in so suddenly it sounds off at first.

Stardust-Nation responds:

Thanks bro! I can see where you're coming from

That sound design is amazing. It's structured really well and sounds great. The part in the middle where it picks up sounds really good. All around, it's definitely a great quality track.

Stardust-Nation responds:

Thanks!!

Amazing, just amazing.

I make music in various genres, especially dubstep. Returned to making music recently, any tracks released in years that begin with "201" are not my best work but have been left up.
